Benvenuti a Venezia

Vini da Gigio’s caprese appetizer. The most amazing caprese salad I have ever encountered… moist mozzarella, juicy, ripe tomatoes, Italian olive oil and balsamic, and a sprinkling of fresh basil, salt, and pepper to top it all off. Oh and I see an olive or two in there. (Note: I did not play with the color of this photo- it really was this vibrant). 

Verdure Mista at Vini da Gigio. Simply plated. No fuss. No muss. Just incredible roasted vegetables with simple, flavorful seasoning.
